Ops Center Dashboard

The Ops Center Dashboard gives you a single, unified view of all your farms—so you can quickly understand what’s happening now, what’s coming up next, and where you need to take action.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

What is the Dashboard?

The Dashboard combines three key things in one place:

  • A filterable, interactive list of Alerts, Schedules, and Activity

  • An interactive map that adapts based on what you’re viewing

  • At‑a‑glance farm health indicators so issues that need attention surface fast

It’s designed to help farm managers:

  • Monitor multiple farms at once

  • Prioritize issues and at‑risk schedules

  • Drill down from a high‑level view to specific farms and devices

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard is split into two main areas: the Control Panel and the Interactive Map.

Control Panel

This panel shows a scrollable list of cards based on the active tab and filters. The tabs include:

  • Alerts – Critical alerts and warnings from devices

  • Schedules – Past, in‑progress, and upcoming irrigation schedules

  • Activity – Completed and in‑progress irrigations with performance details

Cards automatically sort to display the most important information first, such as offline devices or irregular irrigations.

Interactive Map

The map updates dynamically based on:

  • Farms selected in the filter

  • Zoom level

Using Filters

Date Filter

The dashboard uses preset date ranges optimized to show both recent activity and upcoming schedules:

  • Yesterday + Today (default)

  • Last Week + This Week

  • This Week + Next Week

  • This Month

  • Last Month + This Month

Farm Filter

Use the multi‑select farm dropdown to focus on specific farms. The filter stays open as you switch tabs, making it easy to compare farm health across Alerts, Schedules, and Activity.

  • All farms – Default view

  • Single farm selected – Shows that farm’s data, only

  • Multiple farms selected – Shows a combined view

Helpful features in the farm filter:

  • Search to quickly find farms

  • “Select All” option

  • “Only” button to instantly isolate one farm

  • Priority to view farms with the most issues first, or sort Alphabetically

  • In the Schedules tab, context badges indicate the number of scheduled irrigation events and how many of them are at risk (pictured on left, below)

  • In the Activity tab, context badges indicate actual deviation from planned volume (pictured on right, below)

Tabs Explained

Alerts Tab

Shows critical and warning alerts, prioritized so the most important issues appear first.

Each alert card includes:

  • Alert message

  • Device and farm name

  • Timestamp and severity

You can resolve some alerts directly from the card. Resolved alerts appear in a separate, muted section when enabled.

Schedules Tab

Shows irrigation schedules across your farms.

What you’ll see:

  • In‑progress schedules

  • Upcoming schedules

  • Recently completed schedules (muted)

Helpful actions:

  • Add Schedule button to create new irrigation events

  • Reset to Now (clock icon) to jump to the current time

When a farm filter is applied, at‑risk schedules surface first so nothing gets missed.

At risk irrigations display in red with a caution icon.

Map Views & Data States

The map adapts automatically based on your selection and zoom level.

All Farms View

Default view when all farms are selected.

  • Shows one icon per farm

  • Each icon displays a health badge (green, yellow, or red)

  • Badge color reflects schedules at risk, alerts, and irrigation performance

Multiple Distant Farms

Triggered when selected farms are far apart.

  • Shows farm icons only

  • Farms close together cluster into a single icon

  • Hover to see a summary of alerts and schedules

  • Click a farm to zoom into device view

Single Farm View

Triggered when you select or zoom into one farm.

  • Shows individual device icons (valves, pumps)

  • Device labels appear on the map

  • “Back to all farms” button lets you quickly zoom out

Multiple Nearby Farms

Triggered when selected farms are geographically close.

  • Shows devices from all selected farms

  • Hovering a device dims others, making it easy to see which devices belong to which farm

Map & Filter Sync

The map and farm filter always stay in sync:

  • Selecting a farm in the filter zooms the map to that farm

  • Clicking a farm or cluster on the map updates the filter

  • Selecting “All farms” zooms the map back out

This keeps navigation intuitive no matter how you explore your data.

Tips for Getting the Most Value

  • Use Priority sorting to quickly find farms with the most issues

  • Toggle between tabs with the farm filter open to compare farm health

  • Use the map to visually spot problem areas and jump straight to devices
